We use over $25,000 worth of equipment on every inspection.

We have the latest diagnostic tools to make your inspection the most thorough and comprehensive possible.

The following are examples of the equipment that we use on each inspection:

  • INFRARED CAMERA - to check for moisture penetration, roof leaks, overheating electrical system, and leaks in plumbing.
  • LASER SIGHTED INFRARED THERMOMETER - to check A/C, refrigerator and oven temperatures.
  • PINLESS NON-DESTRUCTIVE MOISTURE METER - moisture detection in ceilings and walls.
  • SURETEST ELECTRICAL TESTER - a microchip analyzes the circuit for proper wiring, voltage and grounding.
  • CLAMP-ON AMPERAGE METER - amperage draw on A/C units/water heaters.
  • 1,000,000 CANDLE POWER FLASHLIGHT - to illuminate attics and crawl spaces.
  • VOLTAGE DETECTOR - to check if exposed/abandoned wiring is carrying current.
  • COMBUSTIBLE GAS LEAK DETECTOR - for gas fueled water heaters & furnaces.
  • WATER PRESSURE GAUGE - to check the water pressure to the house.
  • DIGITAL CAMERA - we insert pictures in the report - on site!
  • LAPTOP COMPUTER - we compile the report with photos and diagrams on site.
  • EXPERIENCE - the finest equipment made is no substitute for our experience.
