What We Look For:
We found this mold behind the vinyl wall paper in the building we inspected for a doctor.	This fire separation wall in the attic of a commercial building was no match for the cable guy!	The smoke damage in the attic of this commercial building slipped the mind of the seller. Buyer beware.
The cracking and spalling of this walkway concrete beam can be an expensive repair.	This is a typical small warehouse building we inspect. 10,000 SF, metal framing, structural metal panel roof and 600 amps of service.	We confirmed this ceiling tile was wet with a moisture meter and infrared camera.
